  After illness, surgeries, death in the family, and job losses, our debt continued to climb. We had to accept that we needed to file bankruptcy. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, always returned calls or emails himself and in a timely manner, and took the time to explain our options and the differences between Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He helped us understand that we were stressing over things that we did not have control over and took the time to discuss the things we did have control over. We always felt better after visiting with Brian about our finances, discussing the process and managing expectations. He also helped to reduce the shame and embarrassment usually associated when going through the process of filling for bankruptcy. He made this challenging experience bearable with his extensive knowledge and helped us overcome this hurdle to be able to live our lives again. Thank you for everything Brian - we could not have done it without you!
