  I hope to never do business with Regus again and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. I currently use three different virtual office providers: BusinesSuites, Regus and Pioneer Office Suites. I had a virtual office package with Regus that required 90 days notice if I didn't want to renew otherwise it would automatically renew. I didn't receive even as much as a courtesy notice letting me know that my 90 days was approaching as I do with other companies. After being with them for a year, I wanted to adjust my package. Initially, they were not going to allow me to change packages because I was within the 90 day window locking me in for another year. They eventually did allow me to change, and then charged me with a Deposit/Retainer after I had already been with them for a year!! On a side note, look at your invoice carefully. They from time to time have random charges that none of their customer service people can explain. Why would I want to go with Regus when there are other virtual office companies who seem to actually want my business? There are other options out there.
