    Easily the most incompetent bank staff I have ever come across. It took them over an hour to deposit a cashier's check from another bank. It's well worth driving a few minutes out of your way to another branch.

    First of all I would like to say that this has been the worst bank experience I have ever had. I would have given it 0 stars if it was possible, they don't deserve even the 1 star. I knew Wells Fargo was not a very reputable bank, but this branch just topped it off. I went in yesterday and deposited $508 in the ATM outside the bank, the ATM got jammed and spit back out the money and my card. After counting the money I realized that it was $488 which is $20 short than what I originally deposited. So I immediately walked inside the branch and went up to the teller. After I explained what had happened, the teller took my $488 deposited it into my account and called the manager about the other $20. The manager stated that "it will reflect on your account after midnight". I said so it wouldn't get lost and she stated no. Today in the morning I checked my account online and noticed that the $20 is still missing, so I went back into the branch on my lunch break and told the teller, she referred me to the banker, who told me oh sorry we saw the $20 extra in the ATM this morning, but deposited it with the rest of our deposits as $20 extra. She got on the phone and called wells fargo ATM department telling them the whole situation, then the call was transferred to claims department and back to ATM department at least a couple of time. I was waiting about 30 minutes while all this was happening. I told the banker I don't have time for all this, it is the banks responsibility to make sure my money goes into my account, it is not my job to run after it. I told her that they could have opened the ATM and gave me my money when I came in the day before and told them, she said ATM is separate from the bank. Well it says Wells Fargo on top of the ATM and on top of the bank where the ATM is located, so how is it separate and why would they tell me it would reflect in my account after midnight then take the money from ATM and deposit it as extra. I was so frustrated, even though it's only $20, it's my money and the banks responsibility is to make sure it gets deposited into my account and not steal it. Why would I run after it, filling claim etc. I put it there and you confirmed it's there so why wouldn't you just deposit it in my account, instead of stealing it. Wells Fargo and all their employees are definitely thieves. That's not an establishment I would want to handle my money. Definitely cancelling the account and opening an account with another bank who is professional, has morals, wouldn't lie to you and are not thieves. This is a robbery, we should really show these big corporations that it's not ok to steal from us, the general population and that they're not above the law!
